Job summary

Princess Cruises and Holland America Line is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Alaska season in Ketchikan, within the Guest Services department. You will lead transportation services, coordinate daily logistics, and uphold safety and service standards to ensure guest experiences run smoothly.

This seasonal full-time role requires a valid CDL, clean driving record, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in the use of computer business applications.
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and multitask while delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, with customers, employees, and management.
• Ability to organize work, supervise staff and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and comply with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a transportation services team and the transportation services activities.
• Responsible for scheduling transportation services activities and operations.
• Routinely applies knowledge of operations, company product, and customer service to assist the team with routine questions.
• Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
