Job summary

Raymond Storage Concepts is seeking a Dock & Door Install Technician to install dock and door systems across our regional service territory. You will work independently and with a team, delivering high-quality installations that support warehouses and facilities.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and customer-focused service. The position offers home-based work with a company vehicle, a strong safety culture, and opportunities to grow with our expanding materials handling solutions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of dock & door installation or related mechanical experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Welding and cutting torch experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; residence within service area.

Responsibilities

• Install dock and door equipment efficiently and accurately while following all safety regulations and company procedures.
• Complete and maintain all required safety training and equipment certifications.
• Meet performance goals related to labor efficiency, work completion, and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized service truck, tools, uniforms, and inventory.
• Accurately document all work performed and submit paperwork in a timely manner.
• Partner with Parts, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure customer needs are met.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams, representing RSC with integrity.
• Promote service maintenance programs and support the RSC brand through excellent customer interactions.
• Remain flexible with scheduling to support customer needs.
• Drive safely throughout the service territory and maintain a clean driving record.
• Demonstrate sound judgment, accountability, and a positive, professional attitude.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
