Job summary

Raymond Storage Concepts is seeking a Dock & Door Install Technician to install dock and door systems for warehouses, distribution centers, and facilities across our regional service territory. This hands-on role requires safety focus, quality workmanship, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

You will install rolling steel and sectional doors, dock levelers, safety gates, HVLS fans, and related equipment while following safety regulations and Raymond Storage Concepts standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent accepted.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with dock and door installations or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install dock and door equipment safely and accurately per standards.
• Complete required safety training and certifications.
• Meet performance goals for labor efficiency and quality.
• Maintain organized service vehicle and inventory.
• Document work performed and submit paperwork promptly.
• Collaborate with Parts, Sales, and Operations to meet customer needs.
