Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a Dock and Door Technician to join our service team in the field. You will repair dock and door equipment, communicate with customers, and uphold Raymond West standards while maintaining safety and professional appearance. Travel within assigned territories is required and a company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
• Must be able to maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and Managers.
• Must be willing to work off-hours and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Repair all types of Dock and Door equipment and service work.
• Maintain a profitable billing level and follow service procedures.
• Communicate options to customers before proceeding with work.
• Operate and maintain company vehicle in a safe, professional manner.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
