Job summary

Raymond West is looking for a Dock and Door Technician to join our service team and repair dock and door equipment while maintaining strong communication with customers and management. The role emphasizes representing the company and earning profitability through direct labor billing.

Based in the field, the technician travels daily within assigned territories using a company vehicle and fuel card, following safety guidelines and performing accurate paperwork and time management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years breakdown or service experience, or equivalent.
• Raymond Level 1 Certification required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Repair all types of Dock and Door equipment the company sells and services.
• Maintain profitable billing and complete paperwork promptly.
• Communicate with Service leadership and customers about options.
• Travel within assigned territories with company vehicle.
• Follow all Service Department procedures.
• Keep vehicle clean and organized.
