AT&T Global Public Sector is seeking a DNOC Lead to oversee network operations at a government site in Aurora, CO. The role requires supervising a team of network specialists and coordinating incident response for Tier 2 and 3 engineers, ensuring robust LAN/WAN performance and proactive monitoring.

Required TS/SCI with polygraph and DoD 8140 IAT Level 2. 16 years of combined education/experience; salary range $98,100–$220,946 yearly, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Layer 1/2 networking experience required.
• Experience with VLANs and switching concepts.
• Knowledge of Cisco IOS and Juniper JUNOS.
• Familiarity with Brocade and Foundry OS.
• Understanding of Layer 3 routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, VRRP, HSRP).
• Experience with MPLS/LSP and GRE tunneling.
• Familiarity with Visio diagrams and ServiceNow ticketing.
• Experience supporting DoD/NOC environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise network support and client server specialists in planning, coordination, and upgrades.
• Lead incident response support for Tier 2/3 engineers.
• Administer networks: hardware, software, configurations.
• Develop methods for analysis, testing, monitoring of LAN/WAN networks.
• Evaluate and implement new network technologies for proactive monitoring.
• Analyze incident trends and drive solutions to resolve issues.
• Perform configuration management to keep asset records accurate.
• Use network tools to quickly identify and isolate outages.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve incidents.
• Diagnose hardware/software issues and replace failed components.
