Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector is seeking a Tier II Site Lead to support the Intelligence Community with design, testing and upgrades of computer networks from Englewood, Colorado. The role oversees a team of 8–12 engineers, ensuring contract SLO/SLA compliance and high availability of critical networks.

Required qualifications include TS/SCI with polygraph, DoD 8570 IAT Level 2, and 16 years of combined experience; remote work is not offered, and weekly hours are 40.

Qualifications

• 16 years of combined work history and education as equivalent to senior DoD requirements.
• Experience leading technical network operations teams of 8–12 FTEs.
• TS/SCI with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8-12 Tier II Network Engineers for a complex IC network.
• Mentor and develop Tier II personnel on site.
• Ensure health, wellness and resource management to meet SLO/SLA commitments.
• Coordinate internal/external resources to execute network operations and service delivery.
• Implement quality control to drive performance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with design/implementation to resolve complex network issues.
