Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector seeks a DNOC Lead to oversee network operations for a DoD government client, supervising Tier 2/3 engineers and coordinating incident response. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and extensive DoD IA/IAT Level 2 qualifications.

The position focuses on planning, testing, upgrades, and the deployment of LAN/WAN solutions, with hands-on network analysis and collaboration with vendors to ensure robust, proactive monitoring.

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
• Equates to the Doctorate + 8 years (or MS + 10 years, BA + 12 years, etc.).
• Compliance with DoD 8140 IAT Level 2 is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise network support and client server specialists in planning, coordination, and implementation of network operations, maintenance, repair, or upgrades.
• Train and manage a team of network support specialists to provide incident response support to Tier 2 and Tier 3 engineers.
• Develop and implement methodologies for analysis, testing, monitoring, and support of LAN/WAN networks.
• Evaluate and implement new network technologies to enhance proactive monitoring of network health.
• Communicate with vendors and service providers to resolve incidents.
