You will handle documentation, communicate with DMV offices, and support accounting with financial paperwork in a busy dealership environment. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in business/financial analysis within automotive settings, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in dealership software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business analysis or financial analysis role.
• Associate degree or additional coursework in business or automotive fields.
• Proficiency in dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle titles and registrations and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and maintain records of all transactions, titles, registrations, and dealer paperwork.
• Assist customers with DMV inquiries and provide clear information on titles and fees.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and service to gather documentation for transactions.
• Generate reports related to titles and registrations for management.
