The Project Superintendent will oversee field operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure communication with contractors and clients. Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical construction management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to walk long distances and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage field operations for the project.
• Communicate and coordinate with general contractor and owners’ representatives.
• Manage project schedule to meet milestones.
• Forecast and manage labor and fabrication schedules.
