Job summary

The ideal candidate has over 2 years of mechanical construction project management experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This position is in-field based in the DMV area, offering competitive salary range of $60,000 - $130,000.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mechanical construction project management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in all aspects of the project.
• Communicate and coordinate with the general contractor.
• Write purchase orders for material and equipment as required.
• Manage RFI process and submittal process.

Skills

Mechanical construction project management experience

Interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to lift up to 50lbs
