Job summary

W.E. Bowers is seeking a detail-oriented Project Superintendent to oversee large data center projects in the DMV area. This is an in-field position focused on managing field operations, subcontractors, and project schedules.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of mechanical construction management experience and must possess strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle physical demands of the job.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical construction management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs from different levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage field operations for the project.
• Collaborate and support the trade foreman.
• Manage subcontractors.
• Communicate and coordinate with contractors and owners’ representatives.
• Manage project schedule to meet milestones.
