Job summary

The State of Wisconsin DMV is seeking a DMV Customer Service Representative at the Milwaukee Northeast Customer Service Center (6073 N. Teutonia Ave).

You will provide face-to-face support for driver licensing and vehicle registration, including issuing licenses, IDs, permits, registrations, titles and plates, and you will determine and collect the appropriate fees from customers. This full-time, in-office role requires working in Milwaukee, with some weekend hours and occasional travel to serve

Qualifications

• Identify and resolve problems for customers in a face-to-face setting.
• Read and interpret laws, regulations, policies, or other complex documents.
• Use computers and software to complete customer transactions.
