Job summary

Numotion is seeking a detail-oriented customer service coordinator to manage new equipment requests, verify eligibility, and coordinate order movements. You will work with a team to ensure accurate data entry and timely processing of orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers with new equipment requests and data entry in the order processing system from start to finish.
• Verifies insurance/funding eligibility and informs customers of financial responsibility and required documentation.
• Enters orders into the processing system accurately and completely.
