Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or DME.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries regarding DME products and services.
• Process orders, verify insurance eligibility, and obtain authorizations.
• Educate patients on equipment use and coverage.
