Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Ohio is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY customer base and help achieve sales and service objectives. The role requires basic automotive knowledge, familiarity with store systems, and the ability to source from stores, hubs, and external suppliers.

Position can be part time or full time, with opportunities to perform DIY services such as battery installations and wiper changes.

Qualifications

Basic driving and navigation abilities required.
Ability to use delivery board system and POS.
Strong communication skills and customer relationship building.
Knowledge of inventory processes and part stocking.
Safety knowledge and handling of store equipment.
Ability to read safety rules and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
Achieve personal and store sales goals; assist with DIY services (battery/wiper installs).
Maintain store cleanliness and inventory accuracy; manage back stock and cycle counts.
Safely deliver parts; support general stocking and store operations.
