You will provide in-store and phone assistance, perform DIY services like battery installation and wiper changes, and manage inventory tasks such as cycle counts and back stock.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus; communicate effectively with customers and team.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedures.
• Use basic math accurately for transactions.
• Ability to work daytime, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help the store reach its targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper changes.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
