Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Ohio is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business, meet sales and service objectives, and provide an excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and by phone. The role requires basic automotive knowledge, familiarity with store systems, and ability to source parts from stores, hubs, and external suppliers.

This entry-level to mid-level position can be part-time or full-time.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment, providing superior customer experiences
• English communication proficiency; Spanish a plus
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and by phone
• Achieve personal and store sales goals; support DIY services (battery/wiper installs)
• Maintain store product and operational standards; manage inventory processes and stock
• Safely deliver parts to customers and assist with receiving and stocking
