Qualifications

• Experience in DIY customer service and parts sales.
• Familiarity with automotive parts identification and inventory processes.
• ASE certification or readiness is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and other basic maintenance tasks.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Support opening/closing duties as a key holder.
