The role emphasizes advanced parts identification, sourcing from multiple channels, and executing DIY services for customers. The position requires strong knowledge of store systems, project assistance for DIY customers, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Valid driver''s license; ASE certification preferred.
• Ability to identify parts and source from multiple channels.
• Experience with inventory systems and POS.
• Proficient in English; Spanish a plus.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers in-store and phone
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards
• Key holder responsibilities (opening/closing duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes and store cleanliness.
