Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced functions of the DIY business. This full-time role requires expert knowledge of parts, store systems, and automotive diagnostics.

You will assist customers in-store and by phone, perform services, and contribute to meeting sales and service goals. The successful candidate will have 3–5 years in automotive parts, strong customer service, and computer proficiency. ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience and proven sales ability.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Meet personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
