Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert parts knowledge and assist DIY customers in-store and over the phone. You will identify parts, perform inventory tasks, and support advanced store operations.

The role requires 3–5 years automotive parts experience, strong communication, and proficiency with POS and parts lookup systems. ASE certification is preferred but not required; this is a full-time position with a dynamic, customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read catalogs and interpret repair information

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers in-store and by phone
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installations and wiper installs
• Assist in store inventory processes and keep the shop clean and organized
• Perform key holder duties including securing the store and opening/closing tasks
