Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY functions, identify parts, and assist customers in-store and over the phone. You will manage DIY services, achieve sales goals, and uphold high-service standards while handling key holder duties.

The role requires strong automotive knowledge, inventory system proficiency, and excellent communication. A valid driver’s license is preferred; ASE is a plus. This is a full-time position in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Must be able to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedures manuals.
• Excellent customer service and selling skills with a focus on DIY customers.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
