Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert product knowledge and service for DIY customers. You will support advanced store systems, source parts from various channels, and assist with inventory maintenance.

The role requires 3–5 years of automotive parts experience and a valid driver's license. ASE certification is preferred. You will work with a busy team across days, evenings, and weekends to achieve sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers in-store and over the phone.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, and wiper installs.
• Perform key holder duties (opening/closing, task assignment, safety).
• Assist in inventory processes: truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
