Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert knowledge of parts and store systems. You will handle parts identification, sourcing, and basic vehicle knowledge to meet sales and service goals.

This full-time role requires strong customer service, the ability to work various shifts, and proficiency with POS systems. ASE certification is preferred, but not required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience or related retail sales.
• Ability to locate and stock parts; use parts catalogs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers via in-store and phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals while delivering service objectives.
• Assist in DIY services and maintain store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities including opening/closing duties and safety.
