Candidates with 3–5 years in automotive parts and a valid driver's license will thrive, with ASE certification encouraged but not required. The position includes full-time hours and responsibilities as a key holder to support store operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience
• Valid driver’s license
• ASE Certification preferred, but not required
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals
• Proven sales ability and customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers via in-store visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installation
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Perform key holder duties (opening/closing, safety, task assignment)
• Assist in inventory processes including back stock and cycle counts
• Support store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, and parking lot
