Agiliti Health, Inc. seeks a Divisional Vice President - Operations to lead the division across multiple District Offices and drive strategic growth nationwide.

You will oversee district operations, partner with sales and technology teams, and establish metrics to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience. Travel up to 75% is expected, with a home-office base in TN and additional locations in GA/NC/SC/MD/VA as applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in management overseeing operations and process improvement in healthcare/medical device.
• Strong financial acumen including prior profit and loss responsibilities.
• Ability to lead change amongst leadership, peers, and direct reports.
• Travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Drives continuous improvement and efficiency across the division.
• Works with sales, operations excellence, and technology teams for growth readiness.
• Promotes active customer engagement and ensures service quality.
• Maintains communications with sales to align customer expectations.
• Collaborates to drive operational improvements and efficiency.
• Oversees districts regarding personnel and service delivery.
• Establishes KPIs and metrics to track performance and preempt problems.
