Job summary

Agiliti Health, Inc. is seeking a Divisional Clinical Engineering Manager to provide oversight across sites and states in the Southcentral Division.

You will lead Technical Service Managers, Supervisors, Biomedical Technicians, and Field Service Technicians while steering operational excellence and growth. You will implement the 360 Program components, participate in weekly calls, and support onboarding/training of the implementation team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, electronics or related field.
• 7–10 years of professional experience in healthcare equipment management or related field.
• Strong financial acumen with contract, account margin and budget management experience.
• Ability to travel up to 90% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Service Managers, Supervisors, Biomedical Technicians, and Field Service Technicians while driving operational excellence and growth.
• Support 360 Program Implementation with planning, weekly calls, onboarding and training.
• Build relationships with customer champions and support Sales with QBRs and billing/compliance.
• Partner with HR to recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing CES teams; lead onboarding using CES materials.
• Drive continuous improvement across systems and field operations; serve as Voice of the Field.
