Job summary

Agiliti is seeking an Operations Supervisor - District to oversee district-level operations and drive staff performance in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The role focuses on achieving financial and service objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

You'll lead, mentor and coordinate customer service and equipment processing teams, align with strategic direction, and manage resources to deliver superior service outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3 years management experience or demonstrable leadership.
• Prefer healthcare, hospital industry, medical equipment, sales and services.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Travel up to 50-75%.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, planning and direction to ensure objectives and financial goals are met.
• Proactively support customer on-site service.
• Oversee staffing levels and on-call schedules.
