Agiliti Health, Inc. is seeking a Divisional Clinical Engineering Manager to oversee operations across multiple sites in the Southcentral Division. You will lead Technical Service Managers, Supervisors, Biomedical Technicians, and Field Service Technicians to drive operational excellence and business growth.

The role emphasizes program implementation, customer relations, and strategic staffing. Travel up to 90% and a strong background in healthcare equipment management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with financial management, contracts, margins, and P&L.
• Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
• Ability to travel up to 90% across states.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and direction across multiple sites/states within the Southcentral Division.
• Lead Technical Service Managers, Supervisors, Biomedical Technicians, and Field Service Technicians to drive growth and excellence.
• Support 360 Program implementation including planning, calls, onboarding, and data gathering.
• Build relationships with customers, support Sales with operational data and QBRs, ensure billing accuracy & regulatory compliance.
• Lead staffing decisions, onboarding, and training using CES materials to develop high-performing teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, technology, and operations; act as Field voice for divisional needs.
