Job summary

Agiliti Health, Inc. is seeking a District Operations Supervisor to directly supervise operations of a district office, including customer service and equipment processing.

The role ensures efficient, compliant execution of processes and alignment with strategic directions across the district, with frequent travel up to 75%. The candidate will lead staffing, scheduling, and on-site service delivery while maintaining strong customer focus and adherence to healthcare industry standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years management experience or equivalent leadership demonstrated.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; healthcare experience preferred.
• Profit and Loss (P&L) management experience helpful.
• Demonstrated computer literacy and ability to learn scheduling/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, planning and direction to ensure business objectives and financial goals are achieved.
• Proactively supports on-site customer service; oversees equipment management practices.
• Oversees staffing levels, on-call schedules and staff development.
• Ensures DOT certification where required and compliance with safety policies.
