You will lead a team including Technical Service Managers, Supervisors, Biomedical Technicians, and Field Service Technicians to drive efficiency and growth. Qualifications

• Business and financial management experience including contract and budget oversight.
• Advanced computer skills with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Attention to detail, organization and time management.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% of time.
• Evidence of effective written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight across multiple sites and states within the Southcentral Division.
• Lead Technical Service Managers, Supervisors, Biomedical and Field Service Technicians.
• Drive operational excellence and revenue growth through divisional initiatives.
• Support 360 Program implementation and onboarding efforts.
• Partner with HR to recruit, onboard, and train staff and maintain staffing aligned to EBITDA targets.
