Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking a Recruiter to lead full cycle staffing, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and collaborate with HR to address staffing needs. The role requires strong knowledge of recruiting platforms and employment law compliance, and reports to the Director of HR.

You will build a talent pipeline, manage requisitions in TSAMM, and serve as the main contact for candidates through the selection process.

Qualifications

• High School or GED; AA degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of administrative support with staffing experience.
• Experience supporting HR recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Proficient in MS Office, UKG and major recruiting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Leads full cycle recruitment for the division.
• Interviews candidates and manages the selection process.
• Develops job descriptions and sources candidates through platforms.
• Ensures compliance with employment laws and TSA policies.
• Manages requisitions, schedules interviews, and updates records.
• Builds talent pipelines and represents TSA at events.
