Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with UKG and major recruiting platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter).
• 2-3 years in administrative support, HR is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and handle confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Schedules interviews and prepares interview materials; tracks progress.
• Posts job ads on recruitment platforms and maintains candidate records.
• Builds talent pipelines and acts as main liaison with candidates during selection.
