The Salvation Army USA Central Territory is seeking an Assistant Divisional Finance Director to steward the financial health of the NCI Division from Divisional Headquarters. You will oversee budgeting, reporting, compliance, and cross-team collaboration with Corps Officers and Finance staff.

Lead a team of accountants, train leaders, and drive strategic financial planning to sustain mission impact in a large nonprofit network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• MBA and/or CPA is preferred for advanced leadership and compliance responsibilities.
• 10+ years of management experience in accounting/finance, with nonprofit exposure.

Responsabilités

• Provide financial management and oversight to all corps and 360 service centers within the NCI Division.
• Train and consult Corps Officers and Business Leaders on financial planning, execution and reporting.
• Lead Finance department staff to ensure excellent client service, policy adherence and timely reporting.
• Coordinate with other finance leaders and auditors to ensure GAAP compliance and effective budgeting.
