The Salvation Army USA Central Territory seeks a Finance Manager to lead the Harbor Light Center’s financial operations. You will oversee budgeting, reporting, and grant funds, ensuring adherence to Salvation Army policies and funding requirements.

The role requires strong leadership and nonprofit finance experience. Responsibilities include coordinating monthly financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, and guiding financial strategy to support mission goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Two years leadership experience; more if only Bachelor's degree.
• Notary certification within first 90 days may be required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage annual budget with positive net result.
• Oversee accounts payable and ensure policy compliance.
• Prepare budgets for proposals and projects.
• Manage FEMA and grant funds; ensure fiscal compliance.
• Coordinate monthly reporting, budgeting, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid/Insurance criteria.
