Takeda is seeking a visionary Head of AI and Data Science to set strategic direction and drive AI initiatives across the enterprise from concept to delivery, embedding AI capabilities into business workflows.

Reporting to the Head of AI and Data, this role leads an AI Center of Excellence, partners with governance, engineering, and risk teams, and shapes enterprise AI strategy for scalable impact across the organization.

Formación

• 15+ years of leadership in technology strategy, data analytics, or intelligent automation
• 3+ years leading enterprise AI or digital transformation initiatives
• Proven experience in Pharma Industry
• Proven success in designing and maintaining AI, GenAI, Agentic AI systems at scale
• Deep expertise in modern AI and Agentic AI infrastructure and enterprise‑grade system design

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise AI strategy and roadmap across agentic, generative, and data science initiatives
• Build and lead an AI Center of Excellence
• Collaborate with governance, engineering, data platforms, and risk teams
• Translate strategy into measurable business outcomes and adoption goals
• Ensure responsible, secure, and trustworthy AI throughout the lifecycle
