Qualifications

• Fifteen or more years of experience in branch management or related roles.
• Strong analytical, mathematical and project management capabilities.
• Solid business and financial acumen.
• Ability to influence and motivate teams and colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Sets the sales strategy and growth plan for the Division and ensures execution.
• Supervises sales and operational performance of up to 15 branches.
• Recruits and develops Branch Managers to oversee sales and operations.
• Reports to a Group Executive for direction and prioritization.
• Implements corporate initiatives, policies, and procedures.
• Identifies new business opportunities and improves operational effectiveness.
• Plans, organizes, and directs day-to-day division operations.
• Oversees sales, account management, training, and sales support.
• Develops sales plans and budgets to achieve goals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
