Job summary

Motion Industries, a part of Genuine Parts Company, seeks a Division VP to lead the operations, sales strategy, and financial performance across up to 15 branches. You will drive execution of corporate initiatives and collaborate to secure new business opportunities while optimizing sales and operations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of related experience, with strong analytical, financial, and leadership capabilities to influence teams and deliver results.

Qualifications

• Sets the sales strategy and growth plan for a Division and ensures the execution.
• Supervises the sales and operational performance of up to 15 branches.
• Recruits and develops Branch Managers to oversee and optimize sales and operations in each market.
• Reports to a Group Executive who helps with direction, prioritization, and resolution of key issues.
• Implements corporate initiatives, policies, and procedures to support the overall direction of Motion Industries.
• Collaborates to identify and secure new business opportunities and improve operational effectiveness.
• Plans, organizes, allocates resources and directs the day-to-day operations of the division.
• Covers all aspects of sales, account management, training, and sales support.
• Develops sales plans and budgets for achieving sales goals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
