Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performance team and grow a regional pest-control operation. You will drive revenue, coach staff, and ensure top-tier customer service across residential and commercial clients.

You'll manage P&L, balance expenses, and participate in comprehensive training with industry-leading tools. Willingness to relocate within the region after training is required; base+bonus and a company vehicle are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; drug screen and background check required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire operation after training.
• Develop leadership of others, provide coaching and training.
• Deliver top-notch service and drive customer retention.
• Drive revenue growth and manage team performance.
• Manage P&L and invest in growth while balancing expenses.
• Recruit and train staff across sales and service teams.
• Be willing to relocate within the region after 6–9 months of training.
