Job summary

Orkin, founded in 1901, is a global pest management leader seeking a Division Sales Manager to lead and motivate multiple branch sales teams across the South Central Division. You will recruit, train, and coach sales staff, collaborate with division and region leadership, and drive growth and customer retention.

The role requires extensive field presence, travel, and proven leadership in revenue generation, with a strong emphasis on business development and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• Ability to travel within the Division approximately 75% of the time.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple branch sales teams to achieve sales performance goals.
• Direct effective activity of multi-unit branch sales teams and train on sales tools.
• Recruit, select, and retain sales staff; develop sales leadership across the team.
• Coach and evaluate sales staff with field audits and ongoing training.
• Collaborate with division/region/branch management to drive growth and customer retention.
• Maintain budget awareness and invest in growth while balancing margins.
