You will collaborate with asset protection, labor, scheduling, and CAO teams to ensure best practices are applied and sustained across divisions. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in store or division leadership, strong communication, and a strategic mindset to optimize shrink, labor, and expenses while advancing the Customer 1st

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience within store management and shrink and/or labor management.
• Ability to develop efficient/effective solutions to diverse business problems.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven interpersonal skills across management levels.
• Solutions-focused approach with change management understanding.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize and drive initiative execution.
• Capable of guiding large group sessions.

Responsibilities

• Drive divisions in executing operational best practices through coaching and development.
• Develop financial improvements in underperforming divisions.
• Build relationships with division and district management to communicate strategies.
• Deliver feedback on processes to improve future state operations.
• Learn best-in-class processes and advise staff on impact to business.
• Collaborate with Best Practice Execution team and leaders.
• Partner with Asset Protection, Labor, Scheduling, CAO and sanitation teams to align plans.
• Identify process improvements and implement plans across divisions.
• Lead multi-phase solution activities and provide training to rollout teams.
• Provide performance feedback to division leadership for reviews and succession.
