Job summary

Waste Pro USA Inc. is seeking an Assistant Division Manager in beautiful North Carolina to support the Division Manager with daily accounting and operational procedures, drive revenue growth, and develop the division staff.

This role will be the end-of-line manager for all division-level functions and will interact with employees, businesses, and municipal staff. The position emphasizes building rapport, meeting divisional goals, and coordinating with the divisional team on annual objectives,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
5 years of management or supervisory experience.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Word).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Valid driver's license required; CDL/DOT card preferred.

Responsibilities

Support all accounting functions including fiduciary, purchasing, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
Handle client support matters and meet with the Division Manager to discuss matters.
Develop and maintain constructive relationships with managers, drivers, helpers, mechanics, and office staff across areas.
Mentor and develop staff by overseeing department managers to ensure policy and procedures compliance.
Oversee recruitment efforts and coordinate with HR on training and onboarding.
