A Day in the Life...

The Central and East Division Managers for Foodservice are critical leadership roles responsible for driving strategy, revenue, relationship building, and execution within their respective geographies. They will oversee distribution development, broker field sales teams, and manage key distributor accounts to accelerate growth. Successful candidates will leverage enterprise resources and broker partnerships to achieve profitable growth and foster a culture of innovation.

Location:

Both roles are remote, with the Central Division Manager based in the central time zone states and the East Division Manager in the eastern time zone. Both should be within one hour of a major airport.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 8 years in foodservice manufacturer sales, broadline distributor development at HQ level, and broker sales development.
  • Experience in strategic contract design and joint business planning with distribution partners like Sysco, USF, GFS, PFG, and super regionals.
  • Broker management, regional sales development, training, and planning experience.
  • Strong strategic thinking, proactive approach, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
  • Financial acumen related to trade management and optimization.
  • Ability to interpret distributor data and translate into actionable goals.
  • Support for broker deduction management and repayment.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a matrixed environment.
  • Leadership presence and strong command of foodservice operator segments.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% for meetings and industry events.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Power BI, Blacksmith, Tibersoft is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or higher required.

Work Experience:

At least 7 years of relevant experience.
