Job summary

Century Fire Protection is looking for a full-time manager to oversee the financial performance and operational efficiency of our Pompano Beach division. The ideal candidate will analyze financial metrics, manage staff resources, and ensure project alignment with business objectives.

A bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent work experience is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field or 10 years equivalent work experience.
• Experience in financial analysis and resource planning.
• Ability to lead teams and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) and Work in Progress (W.I.P.) schedules.
• Evaluate and adjust weekly and 3-month manpower schedules.
• Review all project bids prior to submission.
• Monitor backlog reports and track weekly bid volume.
• Oversee and approve the weekly design schedule.
• Lead the weekly operations meeting with salespeople and superintendents.
