Job summary

Century Fire Protection Marianna, FL is seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee repair, service and inspection projects, ensuring profitability and on-schedule delivery. You will guide installation and service to resolve conflicts, and maintain schedules, productivity and project profitability.

The role emphasizes coordinating field crews, material deliveries, and site inspections while upholding safety standards and regulatory requirements. NICET certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 5+ years related experience and/or training.
• NICET certification a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update project schedules with milestones.
• Hire, supervise field crews and coordinate schedules.
• Coordinate material deliveries and track costs.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate inspections and test dates.
• Represent the company in meetings with general contractor, owner, AHJ and regulatory agencies for schedules and reports.
• Manage multiple projects and adjust plans to meet contract schedules.
• Complete and maintain truck tool inventories.
• Administer good construction safety practices and report incidents timely.
