Century Fire Protection in Marianna, FL is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee financial performance, resource planning, and project execution efficiency across the division.

You will analyze monthly P&L and W.I.P. schedules, adjust manpower plans, review bids for accuracy and competitiveness, monitor backlog and weekly bid volume, approve the design schedule, and lead weekly OPS meetings with sales and superintendents to align goals and drive cross-functional results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 10+ years of experience in the fire protection industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Analyze the monthly P&L and Work in Progress schedules to assess financial performance.
• Evaluate and adjust weekly and 3-month manpower schedules for optimal staffing.
• Review project bids prior to submission for accuracy and competitiveness.
• Monitor backlog reports and track weekly bid volume to assess pipeline health.
• Oversee and approve the weekly design schedule to ensure timely project design.
• Lead the weekly OPS meeting with salespeople and superintendents to align goals.
