Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Division IT Support professional to provide hardware, software, printer, copier, and phone support for the division.

The right candidate will maintain equipment, manage user accounts, support regional and corporate staff, and train users on applications. Responsibilities include supporting MS Office and other division tools, coordinating with vendors for equipment, and ensuring minimal downtime across Sales and Construction functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• 1–2 years of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware, software, printer, copier and phone support for the division.
• Support users on all applications including division tools and MS Office.
• Maintain copiers, printers, phones, computers, networks, websites and software with minimal downtime.
• Manage user accounts and groups across systems; create/change/terminate accounts.
• Coordinate with vendors to procure equipment, services and software.
• Train staff on all applications and IT processes.
