Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.

Responsibilities
Ensure all HR regulations are followed.
Conduct new hire processing and coordinate new employee setup with Corporate IT.
Assist managers with company policies.
Conduct new hire orientation in person and virtually.
Assist with division payroll processes.
Process salary increases, bonuses, and terminations.
Administer worker's compensation for division.
Assist in training staff.
Answer employee questions on benefits and HR policies.
