Job summary

Midas - Legacy Golden Touch is seeking a driven District Manager to lead and grow our Midas Auto service locations in the Salt Lake & Ogden, UT area. You will inspire high-performing teams across multiple locations and drive operational excellence with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

In this role you will recruit, train, and coach store managers, monitor KPIs, manage P&L, and develop strategies to boost sales and profitability while upholding the brand standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-location management experience, preferably in automotive or retail services.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Solid understanding of P&L management and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple Midas locations within the district.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop store managers and service teams.
• Drive sales performance, revenue growth, and profitability across all locations.
• Ensure consistent delivery of quality automotive service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze financial reports, and implement improvement strategies.
• Enforce compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and brand guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with store teams, vendors, and the local community.
